所謂『三伏天』是指農曆夏至以後的第三、四個庚日為初伏、中伏 , 立秋後第一個庚日為末伏。源自於清朝 , 又名天灸 , 可治療過敏性氣喘、過敏性鼻炎、異位性皮膚炎等。在這炎熱的期間 , 於背部的特定穴位貼上膏藥 , 能預防治療秋冬的過敏氣喘毛病 ; 從古至今中醫師皆指出確實有其療效。 人體經絡內聯臟腑外絡肢節 , 藥物刺激背部腧穴 , 透過皮膚的吸收 , 對穴位產生化學性、熱性刺激 , 不僅可溫肺散寒 , 更可通過經絡傳導到臟腑 , 進而調節機體狀態 , 以對抗疾病對人體的損傷 ,增強抗病能力 , 達到治療與預防的效果。

每年於每伏天各貼一次 , 連續貼三年 , 能有所改善。
